Most SaaS founders write the wrong content. Here’s how to fix it!

by

I’ve been building Intent Lens, a tool that analyses audience intent, and I kept running into the same problem…even great founders write content that doesn’t convert! Not because it’s badly written but because it’s written for the wrong intent.

Here’s what I mean:

  • A founder writes a “What is X?” article… but their audience is already comparing solutions.

  • Another writes a detailed comparison blog… but their audience just wants a simple explainer.

  • Or someone writes a killer landing page… but their readers are still in learning mode.

The result?

  • Traffic, but no conversions. Engagement, but no sign-ups.

  • That’s why I created The Intent-Driven Content Writing Blueprint — and I’m sharing it free today.

Inside you’ll find:

  • The 3 Levels of Audience Intent (Awareness, Consideration, Decision)

  • How to match content types to each stage

  • A repeatable Blueprint Framework for structuring posts

  • Practical tools, checklists, and headline formulas

  • A bonus AI prompt pack to speed up drafting

  • Plus, 5 quick wins you can apply to your next blog post today

I originally tested this on a local gym I like (random, I know 😅) — and the insights were eye-opening. Their content looked “good” but was missing key intent signals, which meant they were losing customers. The same issue exists in almost every SaaS I talk to.

I’d love to hear from other founders:

  1. How do you currently decide what kind of content to write?

  2. Do you map content to funnel stages, or just publish what feels right?

  3. Have you run into the same frustration of “great content, no conversions”?
