Non-Developers: How Are You Using AI in Your Daily Work?

by

Most AI conversations online seem developer-focused. But AI isn’t just for coding.

If you’re not a developer — how are you actually using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini in your daily work?

  • Writing content?

  • Drafting emails?

  • Research?

  • Marketing campaigns?

  • Resume building?

  • Brainstorming ideas?

And more importantly: How are you managing your prompts?

Are they:

❌ Buried in old chats
❌ Scattered in notes apps
❌ Saved in Google Docs
❌ Or just rewritten every time?

I started noticing this problem myself — especially when switching between multiple AI tools. That’s what led me to build CurlyPrompt, a way to turn prompts into reusable templates that work across platforms.

But I’m genuinely curious:

• Do you reuse prompts or write them fresh each time?
• Do you structure them with placeholders/variables?
• What’s the ONE prompt you use every single week?

Would love to learn how non-developers are thinking about AI workflows 👇
