We launched Roundups this past Thursday and the feedback was valuable. Just a quick thanks to everyone here that upvoted and the overall positive vibes on our big reveal. I had not launched a new product on PH in a while and I forgot how valuable this community truly is in the early innings! @workflo_123 Make it easy to get into a conversation with users you activate with your product. Ask them questions and learn from them as much as you can while you have their attention. Don't think about converting them to transactions, but think about the value they add now, and how you can nurture that relationship over time. You want those early adopters to be advocates more than anything at the launch stage and everything else will fall into place!
