Product, Programme and Agile Tranformation person

Hi everyone

I'm based in the UK, I've been fortunate to have good roles since 2005. I took a few months out for my six years leukemia treatment and I've come back to a crazy employment market. (Last roles VP of product and director of programs)

What advice could you guys offer me?

I feel there are a lot of highly skilled people unemployed based on linkedin?

What technologies must I learn to avoid going stale?

I've got hands on experience in program, Agile delivery and Product leadership roles, is this too much?
