Progress update: what we’ve added to SignDeck since launch

Since launching SignDeck, we’ve been focused on reducing friction in document requests rather than adding flashy features.

Recent updates:

• Pay-as-you-go credits (no forced subscriptions)

• Request templates for repeat workflows

• E-signature fields directly inside PDFs

• Partial completion so contacts can submit items over time

• Required vs optional request items (clearer expectations for Contacts)

Still early, but the biggest takeaway so far is that clarity beats automation more often than expected.
