@faysal_fatehΒ Thanks Faysal, appreciate it. The agency model was built when SEO meant monthly retainers for slow wins and vague reports. That doesn't hold up anymore, especially with LLMs changing how discovery works. Time to rebuild it from the ground up.

Completely agree with you. The old model made sense when things moved slower, but now with how fast search and discovery are evolving, especially with LLMs, that approach feels outdated.
