See your letters without sign-in

First of all, thank you so much for all the support and feedback on launch day, I really appreciate it.
I just shipped a new update to stillmail.
You can now send a letter to a friend and they can read it instantly through a secure magic link, no sign-up required. The link only opens that specific letter.
If they want to reply or send a letter of their own, then they can sign up. Otherwise, reading stays simple and friction-free.

This is a really thoughtful update. Removing sign-in for reading lowers friction a lot, especially for non-tech users. The “magic link per letter” approach feels both simple and respectful of privacy. Nice balance between ease of use and security — great iteration 👍
