Signbee β€” The e-signature API built for AI agents ✍️🐝

byβ€’

Hey PH! πŸ‘‹

I just launched Signbee β€” an e-signature API that lets developers (and AI agents) send legally-binding documents for signature with a single API call.

Why I built it: I was building an autonomous sales pipeline β€” the agent could find prospects, send outreach, and book meetings. But when it came to closing with a signed contract? Every e-signature tool needed a human
clicking through a GUI. So I built one that doesn't.

How it works:

POST /api/v1/send
{ "signerEmail": "jane@acme.com", "document": "base64..." }

That's it. Signer gets an email, signs on any device, you get a webhook when it's done. No SDK, no OAuth maze, no 200-page docs.

What makes it different:

  • πŸ€– Agent-first β€” Built for API consumers, not GUI users

  • ⚑ One call β€” No session tokens, no multi-step flows

  • πŸ” Legally binding β€” OTP verification, audit trail, tamper-proof certificates

  • πŸ’Έ Free tier β€” 5 docs/month, no credit card

The bigger picture: We're watching the agentic infrastructure stack come together: πŸ—“οΈ Cal.com β†’ scheduling | πŸ“§ AgentMail β†’ email | ✍️ Signbee β†’ signatures | πŸ’² Stripe MPP β†’ payments

An AI agent can now run an entire deal flow end-to-end. No human in the loop until the signature step.

Would love your feedback β€” and your upvote if you think this matters! 🐝
