Track the source of your leads

For the past few months, we’ve been working on LeadSources.io 2.0 — a total makeover of our initial lead source tracking tool.

Long story long, back when we were running an SEO agency, we constantly struggled to track where each lead was coming from.

That’s how LeadSources.io started — originally as a simple tool to track the source of your leads in your form builder.

But for this launch, we’ve taken lead source tracking to the extreme:

  1. Our LeadDNA technology enriches every lead with 9 data points — from campaign info to the exact pages they visited.

  2. Our LeadPath technology maps the entire customer journey across multiple sessions, from the first click to form submission.

  3. And all this data flows directly into your LeadSources.io dashboard.

  4. We’ve built native API connections with all popular form builders (with more coming every month).

Love the depth. My rule with tracking is simple. If it does not change copy, budget, or channel focus in 2 weeks, it is decoration.

What is the smallest useful loop in LeadSources that turns a path view into a concrete test for next sprint?

Good luck with the launch!

@elenat Thanks a lot for your comment :) Tracking depth is our main pillar (with multi session and multi site tracking being our other pillars).

In LeadSources, the smallest useful loop is spotting a pattern in the path view that links source → touchpoint → conversion. For example, if you see that the leads coming from Google Ads → landing page A → demo request convert at 2× the rate of Facebook Ads → landing page B, that’s immediately testable.

And since you collect that data for every single lead (as opposed to aggregated data with other tracking tools), you can know exactly how much revenue each path view contributes the most to your bottom line.

I'm happy to continue the conversation and get more insights from you to adapt our tool accordingly :)
