What I learned building a 100% database-less OS:

• Local-First > Cloud-Only: SubtleCrypto + IndexedDB is faster than any API call.

• The Privacy Paradox: Users want privacy, but they need convenience. I had to build "Sovereign Sync" just to bridge that gap.

• Sovereignty is a Feature: Open-sourcing this wasn't a choice; it was the requirement.
