VirtualSpaces Foursite: From Flat Floor Plans to Living 3D Context

We built VirtualSpaces and our product Foursite because we were frustrated by how hard it still is to answer simple spatial questions from a floor plan. Two tech founders, staring at 2D floor plans, asking, “Why can I not just

click a button and be inside this space in 3D.” That was the starting point.

Foursite takes 2D floor plans and Blueprints and turns them into interactive 3D Visualization. You upload a plan. Our AI virtual staging and AI 3D visualization pipeline does the rest. In minutes, you are walking a space that did not exist a moment ago. You can explore AI interior design options, play with AI interior décor, and see how different layouts might feel.

But our real interest is deeper. We see “convert floor plan to 3D” and “convert blueprint to 3D” as the on‑ramp to a more intelligent building stack. A stack where AI visualization is not just pretty output, but a data structure. A way to index, reason about, and communicate everything happening inside a home.

Today, most people meet VirtualSpaces through Virtual Staging. They see how quickly they can go from blueprint to 3D, from 2D to 3D, and from blank canvas to furnished, believable rooms. That alone can speed up sales, align stakeholders, and reduce back‑and‑forth. But the same engine can support richer workflows over time. Retrofit planning. Operational visibility. Even ESG‑linked storytelling.

We are still early. Foursite today is focused on residential spaces. We do not yet model HVAC runs, electrical lines, or plumbing. Commercial spaces are on the roadmap, alongside more detailed AI 3D visualization of systems that matter for operations and compliance. We want to be very clear about that. This is a thought leadership push as much as it is a product introduction.

Our thesis is simple. If you can make 2D to 3D cheap, fast, and accurate, you unlock a long tail of use cases that no one will spec in a PRD today. Owners who want a single living model of their portfolio. Designers who want AI interior decor at the same fidelity as their technical drawings. Operators who want to go from “show me the floor plans” to “drop me into the space” in one click.

Note: VirtualSpaces and Foursite currently focus on 3D visualization for residential spaces, and we are not yet at the stage where Foursite can model HVAC systems, electrical conduits, or plumbing lines. That capability, along with adding commercial space capability, is on our roadmap. What we want to highlight is the underlying potential of AI 3D visualization itself: a foundation we believe will soon support rich, fully detailed models of buildings and interiors. In the future, the same technology will be able to serve everyone from emergency responders who need instant spatial awareness to interior designers planning retrofits for homes and commercial spaces.
