While running our own products and servers, we kept running into the same frustrating issue: important alerts getting buried in noise.

Servers, payments, webhooks, automation jobs — everything sends notifications. Eventually you end up with alerts across:

• Email
• Slack
• Dashboards
• Monitoring tools

The result? Alert fatigue.

The worst part is when a critical alert fires once and disappears, and you only notice hours later.

After a few painful “how did we miss this?” moments, we decided to build something to fix it.

The idea is simple:

• Centralize alerts in one place
• Apply smart rules so only meaningful events notify you
• Allow teams to acknowledge, add note and comment.

For example, instead of sending every event, smart alerts notify only when something important happens:

E-commerce store: Alert if orders suddenly drop to zero for an hour, which may indicate a checkout or payment issue.

Payments: Notify only if payment failures spike above normal levels, instead of alerting on every failed payment.

Server monitoring: Alert if CPU stays above 80% for more than 5 minutes, rather than every temporary spike.

Automation / AI agents: Alert if an expected job or task doesn’t run on time or stops producing output.

IoT / smart devices: Notify if a device stops sending updates or goes offline unexpectedly.

Deployment pipelines: Alert only when a build or deployment fails, not for every successful run.

We’re preparing to launch this tomorrow and would love to hear from others dealing with similar challenges.
