We’re almost done with Votap…

That’s what I used to think. Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be building Votap Premium, setting up subscriptions, and generating revenue for the first time. In my head it was always: just get to this point… this is the last step and then we’re done.

But it doesn’t really work like that.

Every time I got “close to being done”, something new appeared. Another layer, another problem, another decision. At first it felt like I was doing something wrong.

Now I realize that’s just the process. There is no final step. No moment where it’s “finished”. It’s not a checklist you complete, it’s something you keep building, improving, and pushing forward.

And fundraising? That’s not the end either. That’s where the real work starts. So I stopped thinking “we’re almost there”. Now it’s just: “what’s the next step?“. Curious if others went through this mental shift too... Let me know!
