We're announcing flexible pricing today.
No more fixed plans. You pick how many credits you need each month and the price adjusts accordingly.
Busy month? Go up. Slow month? Go down.
We made these changes because the old setup wasn't working. People were either paying for credits they didn't use, or running out and jumping to a plan way bigger than they needed. This felt like a simpler way to do it.
If you're already on a paid plan, nothing changes unless you want it to.

I love how simple this sounds. Credits + flexibility = much less mental overhead when choosing a plan.
Nice! Especially appreciate that exsisting users aren’t forced to switch. Gives people control without pressure.
This is quite useful, as in there are some slow months where the credits which are unutilized feel like money wasted!Great initiative!

Unused credits always feel like friction, especially for teams with uneven usage.

Great question! Honestly, we see usage trending up over time rather than wildly fluctuating, especially as teams start using newer features like automations and others we have in the pipeline (more on it tomorrow!). The flexible pricing is really there as an option for users who want more control, not because we're trying to manage unpredictability on our end.
