We replaced the customer support rep with AI

by

Most businesses hire someone just to reply to messages all day.

WhatsApp. Facebook. Instagram. Telegram. Website.

Same questions. Same follow-ups. Every single day.

It's expensive. It's slow. And they still miss leads.

We built Nodi AI to fix this.

→ All your messages — one unified inbox

→ AI replies to every lead instantly, 24/7

→ Qualifies leads and books meetings automatically

→ Hands hot buyers to your sales team at the right time

→ Zero support staff needed for routine conversations

You just set up your profile, add your products, and the

AI handles the rest from day one.

No salary. No sick days. No missed messages.

If your business gets 20+ messages a day, Nodi AI will

save you time and money starting from day one.

Drop a comment or DM me — happy to show you how it works.

@The space is crowded - Respond, ManyChat, Wati, Gallabox all do unified inbox. But most of them are built for support teams, not sales. What stands out here is the lead qualification angle. Most tools just reply, they don't qualify and hand off hot buyers automatically. That's actually the hard part nobody solves cleanly. One thing I'm genuinely curious about though — how does Nodi decide when a lead is "hot enough" to hand off to sales? Is that rule-based or does the AI figure it out on its own?

@vishal7017 We’re basically treating it like a real salesperson would. System asks a few key questions by default — budget, location, preference — but user can tweak everything.

Each reply from the lead adds some score behind the scene. So instead of just chatting, we’re quietly qualifying.

Then our AI keeps reviewing that score + response pattern and decides the lead state. It’s not just hard rules, there’s some adaptive behavior in how it evaluates.

And yeah, if needed, user can always jump in and change the status manually.
