been cycling through claude code + warp + iterm2 for the last few months. claude code for the heavy multi-file refactors, warp for quick shell stuff, iterm2 with tmux when I need to split 3-4 claude sessions at once. the real game changer was standardizing my CLAUDE.md across projects so context bootstraps the same way every time. tokrepo has a decent stash of templates if you dont want to re-invent that from scratch

VS Code + Claude Code in the terminal. Simple combo but it works well for a semi-manual workflow. I review everything before it goes in, so having the terminal separate from the editor actually helps keep that habit
