In my experience, the most efficient way to personalize cold emails at scale is by combining automation tools like n8n or Zapier with AI. It allows you to:
Pull and segment data automatically from multiple sources
Generate personalized email content quickly
Maintain consistency while saving hours of manual work
This approach keeps outreach highly targeted without overwhelming your team.
@youssef_kacem nice I love using n8n and Autobound's node to create personalized LinkedIn DMs. I found building in the level of personalization I wanted to be nearly impossible otherwise.

I’ve seen founders and sales teams split into two main camps here:
Data-first stack → tools like Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo feeding enriched context into Outreach/Salesloft. Then light personalization at the first line level (job title, funding round, tech stack mention).
AI-first stack → running GPT / Claude / Regie / Lavender to generate personalized snippets at scale from LinkedIn profiles, recent posts, or company news. The trick is not letting it sound “AI-polished” — rough edges actually build trust.
Hybrid → scrape + enrich with Clay / Clearbit, then drop that into an AI prompt to spin up 1–2 highly relevant lines, review quickly, and send via Instantly or Smartlead.
Right now I’m mostly in the hybrid camp — AI gets me to 80%, but I still do a human pass for my top 20% prospects so it doesn’t feel like a template.
What about you, Jason — are you leaning more toward data enrichment + templates, or AI-driven personalization at scale?
Personally I love Brevo and Apollo. For my Product Hunt campaign I used these two tools.
Just shared the 4 week email planner on LinkedIn. Hope it helps..

We’re building a free AI assistant for email for booking and scheduling meetings, we haven’t used in a sales case yet, but if you want to test as a closer, open to co-innovate! You just Cc it, it reads the thread, parses intent and direction, then goes ahead and offers time/books call/sends invite and reschedules if needed. Bunch of info on our page about Meet-Ting or grab me on LinkedIn. It’s Gmail only right now though!
