What dreams tell us

by

I’ve always been obsessed with the "Hard Problem" of consciousness. We spend 30% of our lives dreaming, yet most of us treat it like random noise or we just ignore/forget.

I realized that if you want to understand a dream today, you usually have two options:

  1. Static Dream Dictionaries: Which are too generic (e.g., "snake means betrayal").

  2. Therapy: Which is expensive and slow.

I wanted to build a bridge. I wanted a tool that treats dreams as data—specifically, as a "Personal Signal" wrapped in a "Universal Pattern."

The Solution & Tech: Dream Journal is an AI-powered interface for your subconscious to act as a synthesized psychologist. It analyzes your dream through two distinct lenses simultaneously. To keep my AI costs in check, I haven't allowed open ended discussion with AI, but allowed to get answers to 5 questions and relate your dreams context with big5/boundary analysis.

Where this is heading to?: This MVP is just the start. I am looking to expand this into a research tool to study the correlations between dream symbols, psychometric and esoteric methods. Ultimate goal is to make a tool where we can observe how world consciousness work.
