What's your biggest frustration with meal planning?

byβ€’

Hey! I'm the maker of MealFlow β€” and honestly, I built this for myself first.

I was obsessed with tracking calories and hitting my fitness goals, but every single day I'd spend way too long figuring out what to eat. What fits my macros? What's within budget? What can I actually cook? It was exhausting.

So I built MealFlow β€” it generates a full weekly meal plan and grocery list based on your calorie goals, fitness targets, and budget. What used to take me 30+ minutes now takes 10 seconds.

Now I'm curious β€” what's the hardest part of meal planning for you?

  • Too time-consuming?

  • Hard to stay within calories or macros?

  • Don't know what fits your fitness goals?

  • Grocery budget always goes over?

Your answers help me make MealFlow better. Would love to hear! πŸ™

For me it was always decision fatigue.

I knew roughly what calories I should eat, but figuring out what meals actually fit the macros took forever.

I'd open 5 recipe tabs and still not know what to cook πŸ˜…

That was honestly one of the main reasons I started building MealFlow.
