Everyone has their own answer to this question. Those who have answered it, including myself, will always tell you focus on 1 maximum 2 channels and rinse them out of attention until you move on to the next.
What people always forget to mention is how much time, experimentation and discovery it takes to find your channel and your strategy. There are so many options nowadays, founders feel overwhelmed on where to start
Reel Content, UGC, AI UGC, Cold Email, Linked Posts, Twitter, Reddit, Ads, Youtube etc...
Within each channel, there are also plenty of strategies.
Seasoned founders, lets help early founders self-promoting here find their way, even if its just one step in the right direction

I will start us off:
Before you even begin focusing on one channel:
- Draft an idea who your ideal customer might be (Dont hesitate to much, the faster you are the better)
- Make sure your Landing Page copy matches with the pain this ideal customer has and how it solves it (outcome only)
- Research any social media (easiest LinkedIn) to find 10-20 people that match those specifications
- Manually DM them, don't template or try to scale, just real conversations and see which conversations did the best and why
Now that you have your first minimally validated ICP (Ideal Customer Profile):
- Find where they hang out, is it on discord groups, Reddit, Twitter, Hacker News, etc...
- Scale outreach via the channel that stuck out the most, still manual
- If you see some traction and conversions coming in, you have validated the channel now
Now that you have an ICP and a Channel:
- Draft 3-4 strategies to see which converts the most to the use of your product
- Analyze after a good amount of each strategy
- Pick one and scale with whatever tool, or in house built system allows you
Now you have an ICP, a Channel and an initial strategy. You can now scale, iterate, market, make content, pivot however you'd like as the legwork has been checked off the list.
