This is honestly the question that led us to building JobTetris.

Every team we spoke to had tools in place; ATS, LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, but hiring still felt scattered once things got busy. Candidate info in one place, feedback in another, updates being chased instead of shared.

It didn’t feel like a lack of effort or experience.

It felt like the process itself just wasn’t built to keep everyone aligned.
