Hey Product Hunt 👋 Ajay here, founder of UnleashX.

UnleashX is an AI workforce platform for enterprises.

Hire from 15 pre-built AI employees, or build your own. They take on real work across 100+ systems, and every exception has a human owner.

🕵️ Try it here:

🙋 Why we built it: at Zimyo, the HR-tech company I co-founded (where I also worked with Pawan and Ruchika), I saw the same pattern again and again. More leads meant more follow-ups, more customers meant more conversations, more growth meant more manual work. Businesses kept adding people and tools instead of solving the complexity.

So we asked: what if a business could scale without adding more manual work?

📞 A real example: Bajaj Capital uses UnleashX AI employees for insurance lead follow-ups, policy renewal reminders and premium reminders. That's 10M+ calls in 4 months, work that would otherwise be teams dialing from lists.

🪄 How it works:

  1. Hire a pre-built AI employee, or build your own.

  2. Connect it to your systems and set your playbook and rules.

  3. Put it to work, and track every outcome, with a human owner for every exception.

💬 One ask: what's the first job you'd hand to an AI employee? We'll reply to every comment today.

📩 Questions or want to see it on your use case?

This sounds interesting which task do you think businesses should hand over to their first AI enployee?

I’d start with anything that is repetitive, high-volume task that has clear outcomes, like lead qualification or customer support follow-ups.

It’s a practical way to see the impact quickly without overhauling existing workflows. Once businesses build trust, they can gradually hand over more complex responsibilities to their AI workforce.

What business are you into? What are some tasks that are repetitive for you?

are these mostly trained for tech jobs? or I can hire/train HR/accountant roles as well?

Not at all, Nitesh! UnleashX isn't limited to tech roles. You can build and train AI employees for functions like HR, finance, accounting, sales, and customer support as well. The idea is to configure them around the role, workflows, and business rules you need. Think of it as building an AI workforce across the organisation, not just the tech team.

👋 Hey PH, Pawan here, co-founder and CTO. I lead the tech behind the AI workforce.

🛠️ A few notes up front:

  • Each employee runs a recall → decide → act loop, so it acts in your real systems instead of just replying

  • Every exception has a human owner, and employees escalate instead of bluffing

  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001

  • 100+ integrations, plus automated evaluations before anything goes live

Ask me anything about guardrails, hallucinations, data handling or the architecture. I'll answer honestly, including where we're still improving.

For the person taking over an exception, I'd want to see what the agent already completed. That gives them a clearer place to pick the task up.

Absolutely Oleksii. A good handoff should never make someone start from scratch.

The human should be able to see what the agent has done, what went wrong, and what still needs attention. That context is what makes human-AI collaboration work.

What else do you think should be included in a good handoff?

lead qualification for us. half the inbound we get at the agency is people who just want a price for "an app like uber" 😅 how does it decide when to pass something to a human vs just guess

The "app like Uber" brief definitely needs a few more questions before a quote! 😄 That's exactly where lead qualification helps. The agent can assess budget, timeline, requirements, and project feasibility through follow-up questions. If something is unclear or needs human judgment, it escalates rather than guessing. Your team gets to focus on leads with real potential.

👋🏻 Hi everyone! Ruchika here, Co-founder & CPO at UnleashX. I lead product and focus on making every detail count.

We’ve built to make AI employees feel like people you hire, manage, and put to work, not software you have to program. Here's what you'll find when you explore :

🚀 Hire or Build
Start with a pre-built role or create your own AI employee across Voice, Chat, Assistants, and Workflows.

⚡ Put Them to Work
Connect workflows, launch campaigns, and track every interaction and outcome in one unified Insights dashboard.

🎯 Test Before You Go Live
Evaluate each AI employee on goal completion, tone, accuracy, and edge cases. Catch gaps before they reach your customers.

💬 We'd love to hear from you!

Which AI employee would you like to see us build next? And which integration do you wish we had?

Your ideas and feedback will directly shape our roadmap. We'll also keep you posted on what we build based on your suggestions.

What would an AI employee have to prove before you’d trust it to work without constant supervision? Would love to hear your thoughts

For me, it comes down to consistency, transparency, and accountability. An AI employee should get tasks right, know when it's unsure, and bring in a human when needed.
Trust isn't about never making mistakes; it's about handling them well.
What would be the first thing you'd want an AI employee to prove before trusting it?

Building on Ajay's point, I think trust also comes from how naturally an AI employee fits into the way a team works. It should understand the task, adapt to changes, and make the experience simple for the people working with it.

What would make you comfortable handing over an entire process to AI?

AI employees that can carry out to work start to finish is a refreshing idea. I am already imagining what we can automate first 😁

That's exactly the kind of thinking we love to see, Priyanka! 😁 The best place to start is with a workflow that takes up significant team time but follows a repeatable process. Once you identify that, you can start imagining what an AI employee could take off your team's plate.

Can we build our custom AI employee if the current workflow doesn’t fit the pre-defined roles?
10 million calls in four months is a huge number! How does the AI or human team manages quality across that many conversations?

 That's a great question, Istiak.

At that scale, quality can't depend on manual reviews alone. AI-powered call evaluation can assess conversations against defined parameters like script adherence, accuracy, compliance, customer experience, and outcomes.

It also flags exceptions for human review, so teams can monitor quality consistently without listening to every call.
