For me, this app is a lifesaver, quite literally! It has given me a reality check of my screen time and allowed me to recuperate my time and focus on other parts of my life. Since using the app, I have improved my sleep and managed my time better to focus on the things that I enjoy the most. In this crazy busy world, I can't recommend this enough!

Really looking forward to testing this app, I just downloaded and blocked my sleep and work time for some social apps. I am going to see if I can sustain this app over time to get that 1 hour back every day.
