I've been using Uptime Robot for a couple years now, the interface is really clean and easy to use and I get notifications when my sites go down. It does what it says and it does it well!
Kristian Kusenda
@terrarum Thank you for your feedback, James! We're happy it fulfills your expectations.

Have been using UptimeRobot for nearly 5 years now and although I generally don't like receiving alerts about servers being down, I do like looking at green uptime charts in the great new mobile app! Great job!
Kristian Kusenda
@fvancamp Thank you, Frans! We are happy our app serves you well and appreciate your feedback :)

Regarding Uptime Robot: awesome service which I love and have been using for years. Regarding the app, I haven't used it long enough to know how well it will behave during an outage, but there's a missing feature I notice I'd really like: multi-account. I have four different Uptime Robot accounts for different projects, some paid and others not. I suppose many people are in my situation with at least a personal account and a pro account. But hey, it's a 2.0, hoping this comes in 2.1 or a later version!
Kristian Kusenda
@catwell Thank you for your feedback, Pierre! We're happy you like and appreciate our service, we're glad it works for you. Regarding the multi-account feature, this is planned and will be added :) We can't tell you the exact date yet, unfortunately. But stay tuned!

When I downgraded my 300 monitors plan to 200, I ended paying more! Why? Because they increased their prices a lot. Their excuse? "We didn't increase our prices for several years, so we doubled them this year". It's an incredible situation. The service has not got better, they've just taken their customers hostage, knowing that creating 200 monitors with another service wouldn't be worth the time spent.
Kristian Kusenda
@flo_levot Thank you for your feedback Florence. According to our research, our prices are still better than most of our significant competitors. Thanks to the support of our paying customers we are able to improve our service, as we already did. We introduced SSL monitoring, implemented heartbeat (cron/background jobs) monitoring, increased quality and speed of support (introduced a live chat), added a lot of integrations (including Slack, Telegram and Pagerduty), redesigned and improved our Status pages and mobile app while adding new features too, and there's much more we're working on.
Florence Le Vot
Well, it didn't really improve the service to me, @kristian_kusenda, I'm still seeing the same bugs that I already notified to your support and I wasn't expecting to see my monthly charges increase while downgrading from 300 to 200 monitors. You shouldn't increase your rates so much, all of a sudden, it's ruining your image.
Kristian Kusenda
@flo_levot I understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear if there are any issues, please specify it and we'll be happy to make sure everything is fixed and working as expected. Of course, there's still a lot to work on and we are trying to fix all issues reported as soon as possible, even though some might take longer than others.
