We added The resource center to our product and were very happy with what we saw. We were able to keep all of our guides and flows in one easy to access place, create onboarding checklists, link to our live chat and support center documentation too.
Early feedback from our customers has been extremely positive. I expect that Resource Center will help our customers to be able to onboard much quicker and then self-support or find supporting documentation with ease.
One thing that really impressed me was how easy the tool was to launch. All previously made lists and flows were added with ease and I was able to publish in less than 30 minutes.
Userflow is a great product that punches well above its weight.
One of the challenges we face when using multiple 3rd party tools is finding ways to introduce them into the experience in a consistent and seamless manner. Userflow's resource center helps greatly by allowing us to have single point where users can start guides, complete checklists and access support content. If that's not enough we are able to personalise the info we show using our custom attributes. Looking forward to exploring the options this opens up in our product.
This looks interesting and is actually quite close to what have been looking for.
But it seems you dont have chat features yet right?
Like atleast for us at Trustmary ideal would be to combine features you have with inapp chat. Do you have chat features on your roadmap?
We are currently using Intercom for similar use case :).
Also as feedback, I think the pricing should scale a bit better. With those prices I have to straight away commit to changing completely from current software, but if there would be a freemium/cheaper plan that only allows very limited use in terms of volume, I would probably try it out straight away.
Technically free trial could do it, but as I already know would have to move a lot stuff there after trial to really continue it, it is a bit too much of a hazzle in my mind.

We're not a live-chat provider - the resource center works great with your existing provider such as Intercom or the likes.
Besides the resource center, we can do much more onboarding stuff, like flows (guided tours), checklists, launchers/hotspots, and no-code event tracking.

This is the feature we've been most excited about announcing for a long time.
Lots of apps (think Figma, Notion, Mercury) have this (?) help icon in the lower right corner. Clicking it, lets users access docs and see contact information. We wanted to give this to our customers, but in a no-code way and with the ability to make it contextual (e.g. based on current page) and personalized (e.g. based on user role).

The thing I love about Userflow is that they read my mind. I was dreaming of an in-app widget with customizable sections and boom - there it is! Easy to set up - as everything in Userflow - with powerful customization. We were able to launch it very quickly and we already see improvements across our activation metrics. Giving users different ways to learn and making the resources relevant and available inside the product is the way to go! Thank you @seilund and @esbenfj !
