Vectorly has serious updates since the last release: 🧗‍♀️Skillboards now have a leveling system, so you can track career progressions 🧠 The knowledge base has Learning Recommendations, so you can browse courses, videos, and articles for skills. 💬 Review skills in 360 degrees with guest reviewers, so you can launch reviews for teams with >100 team members without any trouble. 🔗 New Integrations with Jira and Asana, so you can track how tasks contribute to the personal growth of your team members. **New features were added:** 🌱 Growth Plans – now you can create personal development plans based on individual skills gaps 🎯 OKRs – now you can align the personal growth of every team member with a team strategy 📆 Meetings  –  you can set 1:1 or team meetings to manage personal development, review tasks from Asana and Jira, track progress over OKRs, and mentor your team. We've come a long way during these 12 months but are still committed to our mission to help teams grow.
