Built an entire AI email client on Lovable

Hey everyone 👋

Over the past few weeks I tried something slightly crazy — I built an entire AI email client using Lovable and vibe coding.

The project is called Replyless.

The idea started from a simple observation: most people today receive far more email than their inbox was designed to handle. Important messages get buried, conversations get delayed, and productivity tools either feel too manual or too expensive.

Some tools solve parts of this well (Superhuman is a good example), but they’re not always accessible for everyone and still rely heavily on manual sorting.

So I started experimenting with a different approach:

What if an inbox could automatically understand what matters?

Replyless uses AI to:
• sort and prioritize emails automatically
• surface conversations that need attention
• help draft replies faster

One thing I cared about while building this was privacy and control(since most people think security must be engineered, but infact AI can handle it better than lot of mediocre developers I had worked with during my PM roles).

Replyless is designed so that:
• users can choose local LLMs for AI features
• email data doesn’t have to be sent to external models
• sensitive information stays within the user’s environment

It was also a fun experiment in building a fairly complex product almost entirely with Lovable.

We’re launching on Product Hunt tomorrow, and I’d genuinely love feedback from builders and productivity nerds here.
