@ceciliatran Thanks Cecilia! That's exactly where we're headed. We already track shipping streaks, GitHub contribution data, and calculate a "vibe score" based on real activity, not just self reported skills. The idea is that someone with a 90-day shipping streak and 15 verified projects tells you way more than a PDF resume ever could.
