@savvaszortikis I was committed to Viral Loops and even started sharing the service with my many friends in business. But I'll keep this short, my campaign pages went down and zero response from customer support! I contacted via live chat, Twitter and even tried to message the CEO on LinkedIn, no response! Obviously, this is terrible for running any sort of campaign to a service. Having customer service hours is one thing, not monitoring when service is down and resolving quickly no matter what time it is, is costly and extremely frightening. I never write reviews but hopefully this will be changed in the future for any customers that dare using this.
@raflvco I'm really sorry for the issue you faced. However, there was no downtime during the weekend. Both our support and engineering team looked into it and confirmed that the issue regarding your custom domain was not caused by us. Changes in a domain provider might take up to 48 hours applied. Also, you got in touch with us during the weekend. Our standard support works on weekdays, but we monitor our system for urgent issues. We'd be more than happy to discuss further and see how we can help you.
So, we started using VL about a month ago to run our pre-launch campaign.
Everything was fantastic from set up to pricing to support.
Until three weeks ago, my neighbour pointed out that she couldn't share via the "copy" link button on her iphone. This poses two problems:
1. 80% of our website traffic is on iphone.
2. 50%+ of our referrals come via "copy link".
I wrote to VL three weeks ago pointing out this really simple but really irritating problem and initial concern turned to "we've released a fix" (which didn't work) to silence.
With our launch coming next week, we've been wanting to kick our VL campaign in again to get more of a push, but haven't been able to because they can't make the most effective feature of their viral campaign work.
As it happens, I checked Product Hunt's VL campaign as well and they have the same issue with copying on iphones, so it's not just us.
Once they get this issue fixed, it really is a nice piece of software. Sadly, that will be for someone else's launch, not ours. Pity.

Creating referral campaigns with Viral Loops is just super easy and effective. I really like that you can base your campaigns on some major companies out there with pre-defined campaigns' templates.
It integrates with multiple cloud apps, so it's very convenient to set up campaigns, e.g. for Shopify store or Wordpress website.
Definitely gonna be using Viral Loops for our next referral campaign at picksaas.
