I do not recommend this product so called Virusdie. Think twice before you investing. Support is the worst I have seen. I wrote to support@virusdie.com about 2 weeks ago. We were in exchanging a few emails. However, they suddenly disappeared when I asked about the deal last year on Stack Social for $39: https://stacksocial.com/sales/vi... I asked how that same deal ended up on PitchGround in less than 12 months for $695-$995. Then all communication went completely silent. 10 days and 9 emails later, still no words from them. I was so excited about this software. However, my excitement fell short as the ignorant practice by support is unacceptable. I bought their highest package of $995, but I will be refunding the product. There is no point to using a product from a company that have non-existent support and shady behavior.

One of the best anti-malware. Not only for Wordpress but other CMSes as well. If you're a developer, cyber security specialist or someone who understands penetration testing, you will know that no single defensive tool is 100% fail-safe. However, you will definitely want to include Virusdie in your defense arsenal. It's continuous development and active community are two things you can rely on.

Virusdue is simple, yes, but incredibly reliable and powerful. I had ongoing issues with several websites through obvious injected code and other issues. I used Virusdie to clean up, thinking I might have to reinstall many files or plugins, but Virusdie was able to show me the injected code and allow me to modify those files to bring them back to original state. Dont let people talking about the simplicity fool you... This is an incredibly robust web and file monitoring solution that has helped cleanup a ton of crapware in its first use, and monitor these sites to prevent further malicious attacks. Virusdie will do exactly what you want to clean up hacked sites and prevent further attacks. I highly recommend them as an essential solution for Wordpress and all other types of websites.

Virusdie.Cloud is really so easy to use. It identifies more malware than other similar tools, and it cleans the malicious code from the infected website without causing problems and cero knowledge. It is a solid antivirus and malware removing tool

I've been using Viruside for some 15 months now (since September 2019) and can confidently recommend it as a great tool to improve and maintain website security. Unlike many other antivirus/malware solutions that are WordPress-specific, Virusdie is platform-agnostic and can monitor/diagnose/cleanup many PHP-based CMSes. The WAF is, likewise, capable of protecting many popular self-hosted platforms (a detailed list can be found on the manufacturer's website here: https://virusdie.com/faq/firewall) Virusdie is also very easy to deploy. Deployment consists of two stages: 1. Copy a single php file that is unique to every user's account to the root folder of a vhost. 2. Add said vhost to Virusdie dashboard. Webmasters who want to save themselves some time can even fully automate the first step by including the php file in the skeleton configuration that gets deployed for a new vhost. For less technically inclined users, there is already a Cpanel/WHCMS plugin, and I believe a WordPress plugin will be coming soon, as well. What I like is that the developers keep a brisk cycle and regularly add improvements that are aimed at making it easier to work with the product. As for the virus/malware detection algorithms, I am not really in a position to compare against other solutions but I think that with a reasonable amount of precaution (download themes and plugins from official repositories, no use of 'nulled' software), regular patching (Virusdie will nag you, for example, when important WP plugins are out of date and vulnerable...) and a good WAF it is highly unlikely a website will ever get infected. I've cleaned up several websites that got compromised via out of date version of Elementor, and the process was quick and easy. Whenever I needed help from support, it was right there in the VD dashboard (no need to go register to a separate helpdesk website...) Speaking of support, there is a well-frequented Virusdie Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/...) where one can get regular updates on threats and new features, or look for help as well (even though contacting support directly via the VD dashboard should be the right thing to do). Ultimately, I agree with the developers that Virusdie is both very friendly, and professional-grade, and I strongly recommend it.

Virusdie is a life-saver for my agency. It's common for performing websites to get infected with malware and attacked online. The virusdie cloud scanning has saved me from countless hours of stress and manual scanning! It's an amazing tool with a super intuitive interface!

I have mixed feelings about this one... The product is just great! Easy to use, does a good job in finding malware and possible security issues. Work with WP but also non-WP sites. It also found threats that Macare wasn't finding... And I had it for an incredibly insane low price. BUT, there was a problem with some accounts last week... This was quickly solved, so not problem with this, it can happen to any business... The problem is that it made me go up and read the Terms of Use (you know, what most people agree without reading, probably the case of most reviewers here) and I was shocked by all the limitations of the licensing... Basically, even if you have 1,000 or unlimited sites, you can use it just for yourself... Look at the point #12: "Examples of immediate account termination cases. You understand and agree that we reserve the right to block your account immediately with no refund if we found violations: (a) you cause harm to Virusdie due to reselling Virusdie' software or selling services backed with Virusdie less than the lower price available at Virusdie Pricing page directly to clients; (b) you offer, resell or sell LTDs (Life time deals or lifetime access) to Virusdie on your behalf without direct written permission with Virusdie; (c) you intergrate Virusdie into your own services or a software without written permission with Virusdie; (d) you do not declare to your clients and/or partners that you use Virusdie to provide them your services if you use Virusdie for that. (e) you provide free of charge services using Virusdie to your clients or/and partners; You understand and agree that if we find that you are using technical support requests to investigate incidents that are not related to your own websites (Own websites means websites that represent your own business in WEB), we reserve the right to block your account immediately." In other words, people better do business with them directly, because: - we can't sell it for cheaper to our client (they must pay the same price as if they create an account directly on their site); - we need to tell the client that we use it (so, they can just go ahead and register their own account, since it's the same price); - we can't just install it as a service for our clients and don't charge for it (we MUST charge our client the full price for it? Wahhh); - we can't ask questions for them (so, if they are stuck, they must contact them directly... or not, since they don't, in their eyes, have an account with them)... So, you can decide to bypass those incredibly restrictive rules and risk an account termination (and then you'll think it's a great product) or, as I've done so far, you just use it for your own sites... BTW, service is also really good... So, I'd really like to give it a 9 or 10 out of 10, but they really must change these stiffling restrictions or order to deserve it. Right now, it's 9.5-10 for the product and service, and 1 for the Terms of Use... So, can I recommend it...?
