This is a game-changer for journaling! Voistory's conversational approach makes it feel like you're talking to a friend, making it much easier to open up and express myself. The generated summaries and images are a fantastic way to visually capture my thoughts and feelings, and the privacy features are a huge plus. Congrats on the launch! Voistory sounds like a fun, innovative way to keep a journal without the traditional writing. I'm curious, how does it handle privacy and security for the recorded chats and generated text/image summaries? Looking forward to giving it a try!

@ihuzaifashoukat Great question Huzaifa - privacy and security are the top priority at Voistory, given that we are journalers ourselves and probably the worst thing we can think of is if somebody read our journal :) Everything on Voistory is encrypted and also private by default. We are also working on additional security features such as FaceID to unlock each time you use Voistory. We'd love to hear what else the community would like to see to get more comfortable with privacy!

I really love this and have been thinking about this for a while, but my main concern is privacy. Since the speech recognition probably is not happening on device, right? @benchiang

@benchiang @hadjimina The speech recognition is not on device. But we encrypt pretty much everything and follow the industry standard for all the data sent to our backend - basically unless you explicitly say that you want certain part to be public, everything is private and only visible to you. Privacy is indeed one of our main focuses.
