Week Up: From daily tracker frustration to 85% completion rate

I’m the solo dev behind Week Up — and I built it because I was sick of daily habit trackers making me feel like a failure for missing one day (thanks, late-night debugging sessions).

Here’s the idea: What if we applied agile sprints (the same flexible, weekly goal system we use for work projects) to personal growth? No more "daily streaks" — just 4 weekly goals, flexible check-ins, and a thumbs-up animation (not a lecture) when you finish.

I tested this with 50+ fellow devs, and the result? 85% weekly completion rate (vs. my 30% with daily trackers).
