Lasan

Hey congrats. I’ve been looking for something like this. I’ll check it out.

Veranika Zdanovich

@las_nish We truly appreciate your feedback!
We worked hard to build something the market actually needs — thanks for noticing.

Jane Smorodnikova

@las_nish Hope you enjoy it — and I’d love to hear your thoughts once you try it out.

@las_nish Glad you like the concept Lasan! We're already planning the next update. Feel free to drop ideas here in the comments or ping us directly in the app support chat.

Stepan Solodnev

@las_nish Thanks Lasan! We’re especially interested in first impressions. Was there any moment where you felt lost or weren’t sure what to tap next?

@las_nish And we did it for you, Lasan! We're so glad our paths crossed and we can truly help you ease the impact of stress on your well-being

Curious how does this thing grab my data? Is it mainly through a wearable device right?

Veranika Zdanovich

@nancy_autonomous Thank you so much!
Our team worked day and night on this release, so your feedback really makes our day.

Alexander Neshitov

@nancy_autonomous All data comes from your wearable (like Apple Watch), and you choose exactly what the app can read. We don’t track or collect anything outside your permissions.

Evgeny Teilor

@nancy_autonomous Appreciate the question here Nancy! If you need help interpreting your first timeline, send a screenshot to support — we’d be happy to explain.

Victoria Sukhenko

@nancy_autonomous The main way is yes, through wearable devices. But you can also add data manually.

Aira Mongush

Good luck, guys! I’m surprised how good is your product is

Jane Smorodnikova

@aira_mongush Thank you so much, Aira!
We’re thrilled you enjoyed it

Stepan Solodnev

@aira_mongush Really glad you checked it out, Aira! If there’s one thing that would make you open it more often, what would that be?

Victoria Sukhenko

@aira_mongush We hope that the deeper you delve into learning about your body, the longer you'll want to stay with us. All the best Aira!

Evgeny Teilor

@aira_mongush We'll be truly awaiting your feedback after you've reviewed it in more detail! It's truly important to us that the app is useful.

Nowadays, smartphones feel like bottomless pits of stress and anxiety. That’s why seeing a truly meaningful product like Welltory is such a relief. It gives me hope that technology can still care about my well-being, rather than feeding my anxiety. Wishing you a launch as powerful as the product itself!

Veranika Zdanovich

@aleynacatak Thank you so much!
One of our biggest goals is to keep a truly human-centered approach.

We always want to speak to a person as a person — with care, support, and empathy.
No pushing, no pressure, no guilt-driven nudges. Just guidance that respects your feelings, your pace, and your well-being. That’s the core of what we’re building.

Jane Smorodnikova

@aleynacatak This means a lot — truly. We want Welltory to be a calm, supportive space in a digital world that can be overwhelming. Thank you for the kind wishes and for believing in what we’re trying to do

Victoria Sukhenko

@aleynacatak Thanks Aleyna! Honest feedback is the best gift. Even a one-liner sent to our support email helps us a lot.

Stepan Solodnev

@aleynacatak Thanks Aleyna! If you try it for a few days, we’d love to hear what felt most useful and what you just ignored.

Evgeny Teilor

@aleynacatak If the smartphones are truly under a lot of stress, let our app be an island of calm. We're glad you're with us Aleyna!

Flávia Fu

Congrats on the launch! This real-time stress tracking looks super useful — excited to try it out.

Veranika Zdanovich

@flavia_fu Thank you so much — we really appreciate it.
We worked hard to build something truly great, something the market would genuinely love.
Thank you for your feedback, it means a lot to us.
The team put a lot of effort into this.

Jane Smorodnikova

@flavia_fu Thank you so much!
Hope you enjoy trying it out — would love to hear your impressions once you do!

Stepan Solodnev

@flavia_fu Glad to have you with us, Flávia! Please let us know if the alerts feel helpful or too much — you can always send quick feedback through the app settings.

Victoria Sukhenko

@flavia_fu We'll be waiting for your feedback Flávia - we're really interested in the effect this feature will provide.

Nika

Heads up! Your Play Store button redirects people to App Store :)

Stepan Solodnev

@busmark_w_nika Thanks so much for flagging this! We just tested it across a few devices and everything seems to be working. Might’ve been a quick glitch on PH’s side...

Nika

@solodnev Are we talking about your landing page? Because I pressed both icons, App Store and Play Store, and I am still redirected to App Store in both.

Maria Ermatova

@busmark_w_nika Dear Nika, may I know from which country you are accessing the link?

Nika

@maria_ermatova From Slovakia :)

Maria Ermatova

@busmark_w_nika We're temporarily withdrawn from the Google Play Store in Slovakia. Please rest assured we are actively working to promptly resolve this. For now, please download our Android app here.
We can't wait for you to try our new Stress Relief!

Dmitry Titov

Done! Congrats

Alexander Neshitov

@ititov_agency Thank you!

Maria Ermatova

@ititov_agency  We can't wait for you to check out our new feature!

Veranika Zdanovich

@ititov_agency Appreciate it! Product Hunt is a special place to launch )

Stepan Solodnev

@ititov_agency Huge thanks Dmitry! Your support gives us a real energy boost. Hope you enjoy the update!

Victoria Sukhenko

@ititov_agency Definitely yes, we've finished everything Dmitry. More precision and more markers will follow!

How do you distinguish stress from anxiety before a presentation (bad) from stress from a workout (good)?

Anna Druzhinets

@mituhin Thanks for the question!

We look at the raw data from your watch, which lets us understand whether you were physically active or not. If your heart rate is elevated after intense activity, we take that into account — for a while after a workout, a higher heart rate isn’t harmful for your vessels or heart; it actually helps your body adapt and recover from the load.

But if there was no activity and your heart rate climbs anyway, that’s stress accumulating — and you’ll see it clearly on the timeline.

Victoria Sukhenko

@mituhin Thank you, Paul! If anything in the setup flow feels unclear (permissions, Apple Health steps, what type of stress like in your case etc.), send us a quick message and we’ll walk you through it.

Stepan Solodnev

@mituhin Appreciate this question, Paul! We’re in “listen mode” right now, so any small detail you notice — even a tiny annoyance — is welcome feedback

Gayatri Singh Faujdar

This is such a refreshing take on stress management! Love that you're not just tracking stress after the fact but giving actionable interventions in real-time. The "move for 5 minutes" approach feels so much more doable than the usual wellness advice. Also, your couch laptop lifehack is relatable. Sometimes the smallest adjustments make the biggest difference. Congrats on shipping this! <3

Veranika Zdanovich

@singh_gayatri Thank you for your support! We are working hard to keep on adding value to all our users! Feel free to share your insights, once you get to try our stress relief feature.

Anna Druzhinets

@singh_gayatri Thank you so much, Gayatri! It means a lot that the real-time guidance resonated with you. Sometimes those tiny 5-minute shifts really do make a difference 💛

Stepan Solodnev

@singh_gayatri This laptop and couch combination is our team's biggest pain, haha.

Victoria Sukhenko

@singh_gayatri We're glad you checked this option Gayatri. We've tried to accommodate the pace of everyday life.

Daniil Okhlopkov

Congrats on the launch! How is this different from something like Whoop? They’re also kind of “about stress”, right?

Maria Ermatova

@okhlopkov Thanks! In short: they’re more about “you did / didn’t recover from yesterday”. We’re more about “why you’re already exhausted by 8 PM even though you just sat at your laptop all day”.

Daniil Okhlopkov

@maria_ermatova Ha, that sounds very familiar. So they’re more for athletes, and you’re for office folks

Maria Ermatova

@okhlopkov We’re for everyone. Our focus is helping you not burn out over a normal day -whether you work in an office, are doing housework, talking to people, or taking care of your kids.

Veranika Zdanovich

@okhlopkov Whoop will say you’re stressed, but won’t help you reverse the damage in real time. Also, you don’t have to buy a $400 Whoop, which helps 😁

Victoria Sukhenko

@okhlopkov  @veranika_zdanovich Well spotted...
