Congratulations! I love the preventive approach rather than reacting to health concerns

Maria Ermatova

@natella_nuralieva Thank you very much for pointing it out! This is one of our main goals - to make preventive health accessible to everyone!

Jane Smorodnikova

@natella_nuralieva Thanks a lot! Your support motivates us to keep building with passion.

@natella_nuralieva Thank you! Feels surreal to finally be live )

Alex Cloudstar

Interesting. My watch keeps yelling I'm “stressed” at 3pm and then… nothing. If this actually ties my Oura + Strava + calendar together and tells me what to do in the moment, I’ll give it a shot. Not looking for another 30‑min meditation. Trying this week.

Veranika Zdanovich

@alexcloudstar Thanks so much! We will pull in your Oura data, and with Apple Health we already get a solid layer of your activity signals, so we can analyze that part properly.

Calendar integrations aren’t live yet, but your point makes a lot of sense. We’re already thinking about how to bring contextual cues (like meetings, workload spikes, or travel) into the insight engine — and this definitely moves it higher on our roadmap.

Really appreciate you giving it a try this week. Your feedback helps us build something genuinely useful.

Maria Ermatova

@alexcloudstar We also don't want to add more tasks to already very busy routines of our users. So you will be surprised how little it takes to fight the stress and how easy and fast the actions to change the focus can be.

I use Welltory daily, but wasn’t sure about one thing: does the real-time tracking require wearing the watch 24/7?

Maria Ermatova

@caffeinum You don’t have to wear your watch 24/7. However, the more you wear it, the more accurate and personalized data you will get. And if you sleep in it, we’ll be able to more accurately determine your heart rate thresholds for the day, as they’re very closely tied to your resting state, which is best measured immediately after waking up.

Jane Smorodnikova

@caffeinum  @maria_ermatova Maria covered the essentials, and I’ll add that the system is designed to stay flexible. You’ll get solid insights even without full-day wear — consistent sleep and a few key daytime hours are often enough for meaningful tracking.

Aleksei Solovyov

Wow! Sounds like a great tool! I already want to try it :)

Is there an article that describes the stress markers you use and how to interpret them? I'm very interested in how it actually works.

Maria Ermatova

@aleksei_solovyov Hey! Thank you for your support! You may read some of the materials below, that can be interesting!

Sofia Shtepo

Thanks for sharing! I definetely now want to learn more about sedentary stress as I feel just exercising and walking doen't help as effectively as it used to be in my 20s.

Maria Ermatova

@sofia_shtepo We are so axcited to know what insights you may discover about your stress and energy using Welltory!

Jane Smorodnikova

@sofia_shtepo Thank you! And you’re not alone — a lot of people discover that workouts and steps don’t fully offset the long hours of sitting we deal with now. That’s exactly why sedentary stress matters so much. Hope the insights help you understand what’s been happening beneath the surface.

Naresh Meetei

This feature will make people manage their stress so much better.

Excited to see its impact.

Congrats on the launch. Good luck guys.

Which data points (biomarkers) are you considering and how are you going to measure them ? What mechanism / checks are you using to put to ensure consumers data privacy?
Alexander Neshitov

@faisal_2420010 We focus on real-time signals your wearable already tracks: heart rate, heart rate variability, movement, and context like whether you're active or sitting still. From these, our models detect when your nervous system is shifting into stress vs. recovery — no extra sensors or hardware needed.

Maria Ermatova

@faisal_2420010 You will be amazed at how well the combinations of these biomarkers work when analysing your health condition and how precise the data can be. Give it a try!

Vio from Selftalk

Congrats to the team with the launch!

@viorica_vanica Thank you for your support!

Veranika Zdanovich

@viorica_vanica Thanks a lot! Proud of what the team shipped here.

Congratulations on the Product Hunt launch! I agree with some of the comments: smart watches and smartphones have become an endless source of anxiety (“Time to stand!”, “Close your rings!”, anyone?) Hopefully, with Welltory, this can change, and we’ll be able to get meaningful analysis and recommendations from all the data that gets collected for us daily.
Veranika Zdanovich

@zmirnofa Thank you so much!
We couldn’t agree more! Our goal with Real-Time Stress Relief is the opposite:
turning data into calm, not anxiety. Meaningful explanations, simple actions, and visible results, so your devices actually help you feel better, not judged.
We’d love to hear how it feels once you try the new feature!

Alexander Neshitov

@zmirnofa Thanks so much! Absolutely — constant pings can be overwhelming. Our focus is on giving people clarity instead of pressure, so the data actually feels helpful. Would love to hear your impressions once you try it out!

Halyna Kamyshanska

An excellent solution, especially at the present time, when stress and constant movement are exhausting our bodies.

Well done, everyone; you are doing a good job. Best of luck to you.

Anna Druzhinets

@halyna_kamyshanska Thank you so much for the kind words — means a lot to our team!

Maria Ermatova

@halyna_kamyshanska Thank you for supporting us!

Veranika Zdanovich

@halyna_kamyshanska Really appreciate it! We’ve been waiting for this moment.
