Hey Product Hunters! 👋
I'm Raphael, CEO at WeWeb.io. Last year, we released the first version of WeWeb to build websites with no code.
Today, after listening to feedback and seeing our users bend the tool to its limits, we're launching WeWeb 2.0, the no-code web-app builder that integrates with the tools you love.
🙋 Wanna know our story? 🙋
As developers, we love modern tech stacks (Vue, React, NodeJS, Xano, Supabase, etc.).
As makers, we are fond of the no-code movement (Airtable, Webflow, and the likes).
The thing is, both worlds don't play nice with each other yet. We felt like existing web-app builders were:
- Monolithic and isolated from other tools
- Based on aging technologies
- Black boxes for developers
So, we set off to create the next-generation web-app builder that could perfectly integrate with an existing stack. Our goal: let users build a frontend without coding, on top of tools they already use and love.
Hence, WeWeb 2.0 was born ❤️
✨ Why use WeWeb.io? ✨
To build the front-end of professional web apps faster than ever, without ever being limited in design or performance.
You'll be able to drag and drop components to design your frontend or use your own Vue.js or React components directly from your GitHub repo. 🖌
You'll be able to connect to any external backend like Airtable, GoogleSheets, XANO, or any REST API or SQL database. If you need to connect multiple data sources in a single web app, you can do that as well! 🔗
And finally, no web app builder would be complete without business logic. In WeWeb, you can easily set up no-code workflows to create, read, update or delete data, store variables or write your own JS functions. ⚙️
In summary, WeWeb brings you the perfect trilogy of:
- design freedom,
- backend freedom,
- no-code workflows 😊
🤔 What do people use WeWeb.io for? 🤔
Makers, product people and web professionals use WeWeb to design responsive user interfaces on top of their existing backend, without defaulting to code.
That includes:
- customer portals
- internal tools
- membership sites
🙌 Let us know what you think 🙌
The positive response from our users has been heartening so far. We are really excited to see what you'll build with this new version of WeWeb!

Congrats on the PH launch. My only recommendation is to stop spamming all Softr/Stacker and other nocode fans from PH about your product. 100s of our users mentioned you guys are spamming and even though we reached out to you, you still kept it going.
@arturmkrtchyan, we love both Softr and Stacker and didn't mean to be harmful in any way.
We personally reached out to no-code fans across different platforms, including PH, to let them know about our V2 because we thought they would be interested about it.
Apologize if this has caused any concern.
Truly happy and honored to be part of the team 💜
Since our last launch on PH, WeWeb has matured to become a powerful tool. But, it's especially our team that matured and it's a wonderful feeling to wake up every morning to work with these people.
Love you guys!

@quentindty great job on the product dude, love it!
Stoked to bring WeWeb's newest iteration to the larger Product Hunt community.
I first found out about WeWeb 1.0 when the team just graduated out of YCW21 during a 1:1 with @raphael_goldsztejn (co-founder & CEO) who was introduced to me through a mutual contact. He shared the initial idea of building a backend agnostic platform and that piqued my interest immediately. In the no-code world, most mainstream tools are monolithic which means you don't have full control and flexibility on your frontend and backend choices. WeWeb is built for those professionals who are serious about building scalable and production-ready web apps but want design freedom and flexibility. The founding team is incredibly talented, committed, and community-oriented. Can't wait for all of you to check it out and build your next project on WeWeb!
Yes @shashcoffe! Tons of work since our last launch. This couldn't have happened without our community and the feedback we got from them. What a ride so far.
Fantastic team for an excellent product! 🔥
However, I have some questions:
1. Is it possible to create classes and reuse them through the all website like Webflow?
2. Is it possible to connect my Airtable Database and let my user edit a particular row with their email address? Example: I have templates that are not mine, and I want the creator of one template to edit his template ONLY.
3. About the pricing, the difference between "Essential" ($19) and "Advanced" ($99) is steep. It's pretty unclear what "Up to X published pages / project" means?
4. Is it possible to connect to Stripe Connect easily with your tool?
Thanks,
Best
Hey Valentin, thanks for the useful questions!
1. You can create colors and typos and re-use them across all your projects (not only one project, but multiple projects). You can also create entire elements, save them in your library and reuse them across multiple projects.
2. Yes! In WeWeb you can display data depending on who is logged in. In your example, your user would one be able to see and edit his template.
3. the $19/mo plan lets you build one project. We usually see users switching to the $99/mo plan when they need to build more projects (up to 3 with this plan) and add a collaborator to help them build projects (up to 2 with this plan). A published page is a page statically generated, like in Webflow.
4. We don't have an off-the-shelf plugin with Stripe Connect, but I'd be curious to understand what you use case is and see how we could built it, can you detail it here a little bit?
Best!
@raphael_goldsztejn thanks for your answer!
About the published page, Webflow is making a difference between static page and dynamic page. 1 static page = 1 page ; For dynamic page you create 1 template page and you can create 1000 items inside this dynamic page, Webflow will still count it as 1 page.
For Stripe Connect, I have a marketplace as a side-project and Stripe Connect is making it easy to sell product that's not mine and take a percentage fees before sending the money to the creator.
Hey @valentin_notion, great answer :
Pages: yes we count exactly like Webflow does :)
Stripe Connect: we'll need to check if we need to set up a back-end service to create such integration (most likely yes). The stripe integration is on our roadmap for Q1, we'll take the opportunity to check Stripe Connect at the same time :)

Congrats for the launch! I'm a big supporter of WeWeb!

What a journey! It's crazy to see how you've been able to adapt your product following customer feedback.
Can't wait to see what's next 💪🏼
Congrats on the launch though 🎉
We've been using WeWeb at FrenchFounders from April, we started with one project and now we're up to 5! 🙌
What we love the most is that you can build your projects in a blink of an eye, and integrate data with Airtable really saved us a lot of time!
Also, with a quick training, the whole Marketing/Communication team is now enabled to use WeWeb without depending on the tech team.
Thank you guys for making WeWeb happen and for your reactivity 🙏
