Hey @anita_koimur 👋
Of course!
Some users are creating Account-Based Marketing landing pages on WeWeb.
The usage is pretty simple:
- You can personalize some parts of your landing page by plugging it to Airtable or Google Sheets (for example, the headline and logos of each page)
- Then, each row of your base becomes a new landing page (automatically. It's what we call "collection pages")
- Also, you can further personalize landing pages by using querystring parameters to forward values coming from your marketing campaigns
Does that make sense to you?
Looks like a super solid product. Would love to learn a bit more on the upsides compared to other tools like WebFlow!
Maybe this has been asked before but I did not find it in the comments✌️
Hey @carlo_thissen 👋
No worries. Just copy/pasting my CEO's comment about the main differences:
1) weweb integrates natively with tools like Airtable or Headless CMSes so you can use these databases directly in your website. This solves a couple of problems Webflow has: no need to use zapier to update the CMS, Webflow CMS doesn't support nested objects (it has only a 2 dimension depth while databases can have much more depth), Webflow CMS has a limit in terms of number of items so it's hard to scale with it.
2) weweb connects with GitHub so developers can add their own vue.js / react components in the drag & drop editor. Marketers can directly build with these custom components and even update the props of the components in the editor.
3) our website builder enables to save elements in a shareable library so it's easy to re-use elements from a website to another. That's especially helpful for freelancers, marketers and web-agencies building landing pages or mini-websites at scale.
