Tired of typing? Wispr Flow for Windows lets you speak naturally and see your words perfectly formatted—no extra edits, no typos. It’s the easiest way to write 3x faster across all your apps.
🎉 Huge congrats on the #1 launch, Tanay @tanaykothari & Wispr Flow team! As a Windows user who’s been waiting since your Mac release, this feels like Christmas morning 🎁! The real-time formatting + Adaptive Style combo is pure magic ✨—no more robotic text! Privacy Mode is a genius touch for security-conscious folks like me.
💡 One idea: Could you add custom voice shortcuts for frequent commands? (e.g., “/bulletpoint” → auto-format lists). Also, a shared team command library would be 🔥 for collaborative workflows!
👂 P.S. Any plans to expand voice tone customization? Dying to sound more “casual genius” in Slack 😉. Upvoted and sharing with my remote team!
You must be reading our minds, @rocsheh! We started playing around with ideas for voice shortcuts and a command library during our last Hackathon. No word yet on when this will make it on the roadmap, but rest assured, this is top of mind for us. I also want to sound like a casual genius in Slack, and our ML engineers are working on expanding what is possible with Flow and tone customisation.
I tried the demo and tried my best to talk in a way that AI won't get me. But it understood what I said every time. I tried broken sentences, fluffy speech and even whispered. It worked like magic.
While your Data Usage Policy mentions industry-standard encryption and SOC 2 Type 1 compliance, how would you be able to address potential security concerns related to the app's deep system access, as highlighted by some users? Are there additional measures in place to mitigate these risks
Hey Faizan, Good questions - we recently launched Privacy Mode to give users more control.
If you enable Privacy Mode in your Flow settings, none of your dictation data will be stored or used for model training by us or any third party (zero data retention). Flow may still collect usage statistics such as the number of words you have dictated.
There are more options in our Data Controls page: https://wisprflow.ai/data-controls
Reach out support@wisprflow.ai if you have additional questions! We’re happy to help

Such an amazing breakthrough! Can't wait to explore more on it.
It's like magic and changes the way a person works, saving a huge amount of time and effort in writing. As for command mode, it's a different kind of magic that alters the entire workflow.
The Windows app is super important; thanks for that, as it’s basically the key to using Wisper Flow on everything on the computer. We’re looking forward to an awesome experience and a quality upgrade with the upcoming iOS app.
@os1111 Thank you Sam, we're really proud of Command Mode. Huge props to @dhruv_bhatia!!!

My team and I use Wispr Flow literally every day; it's the best way to get talk-to-text. I'm actually using it right now to write this. One of my favorite things about it is that it helps you format your text based on where you are writing, so the output is slightly different based on whether I'm writing into a text vs. into Slack vs. into an email. I can't recommend it enough.

@sentry_co yes! Vibe Coders in our Slack community swear by foot pedals.
This is a game changer. Wonder if it could be a built-in for PC/Phone.
