They really helped me to get reviews for my store! The marketing features are exciting: sharing reviews to Facebook, Instagram curation, photos.

Pros:

Tons of tools to generate new content from our users and use it for marketing purposes.

Cons:

Had some difficulties installing it (I'm not techy), but support helped me in a timely manner.
