Congrats with the launch! What is that makes you different compared to, let’s say, Fiverr or Upwork?
Yura Riphyak
@svetlana_shevchuk Thanks! This product is for building an offshore team - so you want it co-located and managed. You cannot get this by hiring freelancers at Fiverr or UpWork.

Hi Yuriji - why not optimize the MVP outsourcing niche with a leasing pricing model. Leasing pricing could vary by features etc. most projects fail not because of technology but because of market fit. The idea is that thr total revenue to you would be more than the traditional revenue of a price per job contract by thinking in terms of Marginal revenue and marginal cost.

@richard_w Thanks Richard. Interesting idea - thanks for bringing this up! This is exactly what Gigster tried to do. The problem is in this case you end up serving mostly first-time-founder non-technical clientele. The problem with those is that software development process is rather counter-intuitive for an outsider - which results in high churn and frustration for the both sides. We tested this model couple of years ago - and pivoted towards team leasing.
