The wonderful feature that we are in love is creating bots in Cliq, which has very wide use cases spectre. Cliq is very practical tool and must have for any team working together and needed fast and efficient communications.

Easy to use, simple UI, creating bots, channels, group chats and audio/video calls, integrated with ALL ZOHO suit, good price.

Easy to use, I like the video call and see the info of your colleagues it's so simple :)

in spanish version a few fields with with values using accent apeears with strange character, nothing to worry about.

Is a very good product, wih app for mobile and integration for my other zoho apps, is very helpful

Yes, it is a better alternate for Slack.

Its been months since I started using Cliq and I feel this is must for organisations in getting connected within themselves. Dump Whatsapp groups for Work and jump to Cliq. You will never regret.

Pros:

Easy to use, Bots, Automated message integration with CRM, Perfect for organisations using old fashioned emails for collaborating.

Cons:

Nothing as of now. Regular updates and enhancements will be super awesome

I tried and it looks like Cliq has copied Slack in some places. Yeah, it's much cheaper than slack, But UX and features of Slack are far ahead. No Threaded replies like Slack No way to edit message after sent No integration to Jira, Bitbucket, Invision No message reminder feature like slack No Syntax highlighting for Code, like Slack I'm sure Zoho will try to catch up. let's see. Don't know if we can see their roadmap or not
