One of the more interesting things about Zoom's new Video SDK launch is the pricing model: Pay as you go with 10,000 minutes included per month, thereafter $0.0035 per minute used $1000/year with 30,000 minutes included per month, thereafter $0.003 per minute used This is in contrast to how most SDKs have historically launched ā€” where they start off free and only charge once they've both achieved PMF as well as locked in their customers (typically through generous credits).

@chrismessina A lot of SDKs are already doing this. There is nothing new.

We use Twilio's Video SDK and it's great. It's nice to see some more battle-tested competition in this space.
