Just with unlimited seats and AI automation, this is like saving at least 80-90% when comparing with Intercom/Zendesk! Big congrats on the launch guys. The AI action feature seems great, but how much authority does it have? Can it initiate refunds, or handle multistep workflows where human intervention is mostly required?

@pranay12 Hey, the actions are configured by the users, so it has as much authority as you give it. We're working on something that will allow the human agents to intervene in the process for sensitive actions.
