As a founder juggling multiple ventures — energy infrastructure, controlled-environment agriculture, and AI development — my biggest bottleneck wasn’t ideas or execution. It was time.
I was living across five calendars, a dozen inboxes, and endless task apps. Meetings overlapped between companies, personal life, and projects. Nothing synced. Everything competed for the same hour.
Then I found 1Medium.ai.
It doesn’t just sync calendars — it weaves my operational life into one living system. It understands context: personal, company, venture. It knows when a meeting for EnergiAcres should block off time across all other calendars. It links every Zoom call, every note, every follow-up task, and makes it searchable, traceable, and usable.
It’s like having an executive assistant who actually understands the whole map of your life, not just one job title.
1Medium became the quiet backbone of my days. It connects the threads between everything — energy projects, investor calls, family time — without collisions. It’s the only platform I’ve used that feels like it respects my time as much as I do.
If your life runs on multiple rails — startups, teams, boards, projects — try it.
It doesn’t just manage your schedule; it manages you and your ecosystem.
We built 1Medium out of own frustrations of planning work in one application, then switching to another to schedule it, then switching to yet another application to assign follow up tasks. Too many silos and ineffeciencies. We wanted something different: a platform that works for you, not the other way around.
Great job. The idea of reducing app switching fatigue really resonates with me. Does 1Medium include any predictive AI features like flagging potential project delays or is it mainly focused on reporting and summarizing?
@matthew_flores1 Thanks! That is our goal! Our reports do focus on delays, right now we don't "flag" the delays yet, but we will in the future.
This is absolutely brilliant. Does 1Medium have collaboration features as well or is it primarily a personal assistant that layers over existing tools?
@olivia_johnston1 We have tons of collaboration features! It is a full fledged project/task management, as well as calendar scheduling management.
What an interesting concept. How flexible are the health check reports? Can users tweak the metrics they want to monitor or are they set up based on general productivity trends?
@nicholas_anderson0 You can tweak to a certain degree but our goal is ease of use and less configuration is the goal, making us much easier to use than most
How does 1Medium deal with conflicting information from different project sources? For example what happens if deadlines don’t match up between Asana and Calendar? Does the AI choose one to follow or does it highlight the differences?
@samuel_kahlo Think of 1Medium as your project coordinator reporting to a higher-up: we gather and present all the facts, call out any confusion, and let you steer the final decision. Our mission is to be your single medium for project planning, scheduling, organization, and coordination—so you never miss a beat.
Amazing product. How reliable are they when it comes to summarizing complex projects with multiple stakeholders? Is there a way for humans to make edits or overrides before those summaries go out to teams or clients?
@jackson_wells Pretty darn good. It works best when all stakeholders are also in 1Medium so it can identify the users instead of guessing. Right now the summaries are static, but editing is on our list. Feel free to contact us with specific requests.

Been using 1medium as an early user and loving it! Great productivity tool for the whole team.
@ali_mesdaq Thanks Ali!
