Loving the catchy name and the intense workout concept, David! Upvoted! The random body exercises for 45 seconds with 15-second breaks make it both challenging and exciting. Are there any plans to integrate wearable tech for tracking performance and progress? It would be awesome to see real-time stats while working out.
