Hemp actually has a very long history of being used as a fiber, in fact, it has been cultivated by George Washington himself to produce ropes sails and others. Cannabis is so strong Henry Ford once built a car with it. 100% Vegan Boots Besides Cannabis the team chose other eco-friendly materials. The insoles are made of Hemp, which is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-microbial. Our outsoles are made in Portugal using natural rubber, which provides an edge in durability and grip on any terrain. Weatherproof We made these for the active person, the challenger, the go-to places, and that means you have to be prepared for every weather. Our hemp chelsea boots have been made in a way to repel water from coming in. We have added a proprietary coating layer that protects the fabric and its properties from stains, liquids and dust particles. This will make the fabric very easy to clean as well. Then we have also added a waterproof membrane that keeps your feet dry no matter what. *PFC free You might be asking why 8000 in 8000Kicks?
