It only considers whether the content is relevant to the query text you input to each follow. Indeed our team is working on making the feeds more credible so thanks for your input!
In the current design, we want users to be in full control of what they see, so if you want to follow on credible news you can put your definition of credibility into the input query, and our agent will do best to fetch credible contents for you. Since if we filter out credible sources ourselves, then the news you see will depend on our definition of credibility, and not your definition of credibility, and we don't want that.
