@borrellr_ We rely on lightweight similarity signals over short response windows, tracking streaks of high-consistency outputs rather than single comparisons. The signal is incremental and stateful, so it surfaces early (within a few turns) without adding per-call latency.
To avoid flagging legitimate recursion, we require sustained consistency before intervention and incorporate positional/context awareness so progressive steps aren’t treated as loops. This lets structured workflows pass while catching stalled trajectories reliably.
