As an appsumo ltd user I am very happy with how the product has developed. Continuous updates and the latest features really make them a serious offering. There might be the odd comment from unhappy users who expected the sun moon and stars for a one time fee. But the fact is, the platform has developed, you get what you paid for. And I'd say the majority of promises have been kept and exceeded. I'm not a heavy user of the product. I bought it before I had a client for it. But I'm happy how Andrew and his team have and continue to take it forward. Best of luck!
@cathal_mcnamara Thanks Cathal! It's great to have support from our early adopters, and we'll keep respecting our agreements in the future.

Well done Andrew and the team. I've been an ActiveChat supporter from day 1 and this feature is so exciting, I definitely can't wait to use it and possibly replace Dialogflow. Well done guys
@maxbissolati Thanks Max! If there's anything you could suggest to improve, just let us know!

Just started testing it, and seems it is simplier and gets it job done faster than Dialogflow. It has more room to improve, but I believe this could be the best natural training tool for chatbots.
@mbreti3gut1 Thanks! Most of the natural language tools are quite similar, but we've been focusing on how the power of NLP can be combined easily with the simplicity of decision trees and multichannel integrations. It's not about detecting the intent, it's about bringing the real value to the end user.

I'm in the business for over 3 years and following all the tools that help build conversational experiences. Not a user of Activechat yet, because we focus on conversational funnels powered by AI rather than customer service assistants, but GPT-3 integration seems to be a bold experiment. And I wish all the best with experimenting and innovation that Activechat brings to the market.
@irakli_beselidze Thanks! Yep, it's bold, and we're hesitant to release GPT-3 in the wild without human supervision, so we've did it as live chat hints first. Once we get some data on how it behaves unsupervised, we'll be rolling out the feature to automated conversations too.

My team actually got introduced to the world of Bots when we got ActiveChat. It's a powerful platform. There have been improvements in the platform over time, but yes there is scope of improvement in terms of managing and treating initial backers. But in terms of product itself, Activechat is solid.
@prilutskiy Thanks, Max! Let us know what you think of it if you'd come to try! And as for GPT-3, I'd say, the OpenAI's team just saw the potential in our ideas, and we're proud to put our hand to it ☺
