It’s Tim Lawton, co-founder and co-CEO of SightX, an intuitive insights platform for connecting with, understanding, and analyzing your customers and target audiences.
The Problem
Market research always sounds like a great idea in theory. Who wouldn’t want to run their product ideas by the exact people they want to buy it? But it gets difficult (and expensive) fast to do it yourself.
And for people like myself, it’s pretty inaccessible since I didn’t have a background in market research or statistics. The more companies I spoke with, the more the problem seemed much bigger than I expected. Unless you had a massive budget, you were piecing together disparate data points and trying to tell a story about your customer, or worse yet, guessing.
The Solution
When my co-founder, Naira, and I first created SightX, it was mainly a platform for professional market researchers. - build surveys, create robust experiments, connect with consumers, and analyze the results. It works great for them! In fact, the majority of our users are pretty major brands (think: HBO Max, Johnson & Johnson, Vox Media, Dominos, Microsoft).
Those logos are pretty awesome and all, but our mission was always to democratize research capabilities. Companies of any size should be able to compete and level the playing field with the biggest brands out there. We proved that what we’ve built can meet the needs of those kinds of organizations.
Now it’s time to share this with the world! We’re excited to introduce you to Ada.

It’s Naira Musallam, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of SightX 🙂 For those who don’t know me, I come from Academia and the research world ( Yeah yeah…I was a professor). I always valued the content expertise, but I thought to myself: How do we scale it to those who don’t necessarily have the privilege of taking the time to get a PhD, or those frankly who chose a different path.
