I have been using adcreative for quite some time and also recommending it to my students and customers. One of the KEY elements that I absolutely LOVE is that their AI (artifical intelligence) is actually really good compared to other services that promise to use AI. Just see for yourself, you are going to be very surprised. Whenever I need a design for my promotional campaigns (I run a lot of them for my youtube channel) I always go for adcreative, highly recommend it!

I am so used to Canva for all my design needs, but I decided to check out this software anyways. I have a small agency and have 2-3 clients, so it’s not a problem for me to design their ads on Canva. But this is surprisingly a very good tool! I used up all my credits in the free trial, but I don’t mind paying for it as it seriously reduces the design time and effort. I haven’t really set up the ad accounts yet. But I plan to use it and update my feedback soon.

Excellent product and the organization has been a pleasure to work with. A special thanks also go to our account manager, who took the time to walk us through everything and explain everything in depth. This program allows you to quickly manage your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads accounts from a single platform. You may have several accounts for your clients and manage them all from the same account for agencies.

Beware, they charged me after cancellation and still no refund! I canceled my account, yet they still charged my card. I was told I would receive a refund within 10–14 days, but it’s been much longer, and I haven’t received anything. Every time I contact support, I get a different person with a different excuse. This feels like a scam. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience!!!!

DON’T SUBSCRIBE TO THIS. AdCreative.ai charged my card right after the trial expired without any warning and I never even used the service. It’s been 2 months since I asked for a refund, and their customer support has been completely unresponsive. You're better off with other with way better features, transparent billing, and actual customer support. Skip the headache. Avoid AdCreative.ai.

The ability to handle a large volume of creative production, especially outputs utilizing models—ranging from videos to still images—is highly commendable. Additionally, rather than being just a conventional production tool, the fact that it is designed with campaign optimization and ROI maximization in mind is extremely valuable. Clean and easy to use. Adcreative saves tons of precious time as well as money. All you need to do is just provide with ad copy and the AI generates image samples backed by data. And the best part is that these images help increase conversions. Create ads quickly. Recommend for online stores, startups and agencies.

I do not trust this company. I've been working to obtain a refund for nearly 2 months, and they have yet to refund me. Their billing and subscription practices are deceptive. Be weary and careful with this company. The actual product and output was poor in my opinion and didn't drive any meaningful value.
